The Challenge

Changing operating room block schedules is hard. It means balancing surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists and equipment, and handling difficult conversations with stakeholders. Fujitsu needed to explain a decision-support product with many parts, including a recommendation engine, a scheduling wizard and a digital twin, to a senior hospital audience.

02

Our Solution

We used one schedule board as the anchor for the whole video. A surgeon and nurse move blocks around it as the product features are introduced. Bold red and orange stat cards break up the story at key moments. The wizard and digital twin get their own clean screens, and the scenarios play out as simple icons and charts. The video ends with the hospital team celebrating together.
