01

The Challenge

UBC Canada District needed training on topics like bias, stereotypes, feedback, learning styles and skill transfer. The audience works on construction sites, not in classrooms. Each video had to feel real to a crew, stay practical and avoid sounding like a lecture.

02

Our Solution

We created a recurring cast of workers, from apprentices to supervisors, on a familiar jobsite. Each video turns one topic into short scenes: a barrier rising between coworkers, plus and minus signs over workers’ heads, or a supervisor showing an apprentice a new tool. Every video ends with simple steps crews can use the next day.
