The Challenge

Retailers know what they buy and what leaves their shelves. Health systems often only know what they buy. Many still track supplies and implants with barcodes, manual entry and RFID. AssistIQ needed a video that made this gap clear and showed how its AI product closes it for billing, clinical and supply chain teams.

Our Solution

We opened in a grocery store, a setting everyone knows, then moved into a hospital supply room. A nurse struggles with scanning and data entry before AssistIQ arrives. AIQ Capture then logs each item like a self-checkout, with tablet screens showing items being recognized. The video closes with billing, clinical and supply chain staff working from the same data.
