The Challenge
Robot Breakfast needed an opening for its show. It had to set the tone in under 20 seconds, with no narration, and end on the show’s logo.

Our Solution
We told a tiny story with one character. A tired office worker grows four robot arms, and his shirt and tie turn casual. The arms type, game, lift weights and comb his hair. One pours coffee, he takes a sip, and the camera dives into the mug to reveal the logo. Bold yellows and quick cuts keep the energy high.

We storyboarded the opening panel by panel before animation began. Each panel set up one action. Pick a panel to see the sketch, the final frame and the notes behind it.
